The 20-year-old former world age-group champion followed up his victory last weekend in the Bridport Triathlon with a comfortable victory in the sprint distance event contested over a 750-metre swim, 20-kilometre bike ride and 5km run.
Hodge's winning time was 51 minutes and 58 seconds.
Since turning professional Hodge has enjoyed success, taking out last year's Busselton 70.3.
The two state races so far this season should help his preparation for the Asia-Pacific 70.3 ironman in Auckland next week.
Launceston pair Dylan Evans and Dylan Hill rounded out the podium places in the open men's event.
Bridgenorth's Melissa Clark also made it a Bridport-Beauty Point double by taking out the women's section with another convincing win in 1:01.00.
Hobart's Sarah Fitzgerald finished second with Launceston's Millie Chapman third.
The junior race went to North-West triathlete Fraser Lyon with the veteran men's won by Hobart's Paul Bidgood and the veteran women's race taken out by Launceston's Narelle Wynwood.
Gabe Denison and Alexandra Spillane were the novice winners.
About 100 competitors took part in the open, novice and junior races.
The next race in the Tasmanian Triathlon series will be held at Latrobe on January 26, as part of the Henley-on-Mersey Festival.
