Ventia Training are a Registered Training Organisation, delivering nationally accredited and recognised training courses, as well as business-specific training. Ventia Training run work health and safety, high-risk and emergency response courses from several of our training facilities around Australia, and online.  

About the Role

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Training Resources Office will provide a high level instructional design support to Ventia Training, through a focus on quality training resources and continual improvement. 
 

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
 

• Maintain existing VET Training and Assessment resources, alongside SMEs
• Convert learning materials into online delivery formats
• Optimise assessment strategies, tools and delivery techniques
• Document and version control 
• Optimise and maintain interface, settings and experience of LMS system
• Continuous improve improvement of LMS 
• Support systematic validation of training and assessment materials

This is a permanent, full time position, which could be based in our Brisbane office (West End), or our offices in Toowoomba or Perth. 
 
About You
 
To be considered for this role, we require:
 

• Diploma Training Design and Development/ Vocational Education and Training (current)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in VET sector 
• Experience in design and development of vocational education assessment resources 
• Experience in Coordination of LMS learning environment 
• Good understanding of training and assessment methodologies and strategies
• Instructional design and development (entry level/ above)
