Senior Supervisor

We are working with an exceptional client the insurance and construction space. Due to their continued growth and success, we are searching for a Senior Supervisor to join their Newcastle team.

You will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders including customers, insurance companies, and colleagues to ensure timely completion of a quality, value for money rectification work for their customers.

We are looking for an insurance or construction professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, excellent communication and customer service skills and an eye for detail.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Communicate with customers effectively within required timeframes
• Proactively manage projects and ensure timely completion of works
• Maintain safe work practices, inspecting and monitoring compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations
• Assist and support the training of new team members as required
• Ensure all internal and external platforms are updated
• Follow business processes, and support continuous improvement

We are looking for someone with:

• 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Trade qualifications - registered builders/ supervisors will be highly regarded
• Ability to deliver on projects and manage subcontractors
• Customer focused
• Hold a current NSW drivers licence
