Job Description

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your role will include:

• Processing payroll for 5 companies
• Running PAYG reports from previous week for all companies
• Creating EFT files & Posting EFT transactions to GL
• Creating STP files & transmitting to ATO
• Intercompany invoicing
• Updating changes required on payroll - new employees, superannuation changes, salary sacrifice, addresses etc
• Running superannuation reports, calculating superannuation and salary sacrifice
• Uploading superannuation to CBUS
• Calculating Incolink & Coinvest
• Running Leave accruals & Workcover reports
• Paying Child Support
• Running monthly reports for all companies

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for someone with significant payroll experience, preferably dealing with multiple awards and the ability to understand and interpret the relevant awards. We are seeking candidates who are career driven and are looking for an excellent workplace environment.
