Leading Hand Carpenter | Permanent

Core Talent is currently recruiting a Leading Hand with a Carpenters background for a large commercial company that specialises in Tier 1/2 building construction, Facilities Management & Civil Construction across Brisbane.

Our client has delivered an abundance of projects ranging from 1 - 100million dollars. They have also won multiple industry awards across different states throughout Australia and have solidified a solid reputation within the market.

This is a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. We are actively recruiting the following role:

• Leading Hand

• $44 - $46p/hr + super + Potential Company Car + Additional penalties and allowance

There is also a living away from home allowance which will be supplied by our client if ever out of area works are required.
You MUST

• Hold a white card
• Have 3-5 years' experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand
• Hold a Certificate III in Carpentry
• Be willing to undergo a Police Check
• Must be have full Covid and Influenza vaccinations
• Additional relevant Qualifications will be heavily considered (Working at Heights, EWP, Forklift)
• Have a great attitude and be eager to learn
• Have at least 5 years qualified commercial experience
• Provide 2 construction related referee's
• MUST be willing to travel within QLD
• Have your own full PPE
• Have all relevant tools
• Have a valid FULL Australian License
• Hold full working rights and be willing to work 45+ hours a week.
