In response to growing import supply chain requirements an exciting opportunity now exists for a suitably qualified junior professional to join our growing national business. Based at Wetherill Park and reporting to LWS Import Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Replenishment of inventory for a wide range of imported products.
- Purchase order management
- Organising all necessary documentation for all inbound shipments
- Liaison with Freight Forwarders for container availabilities and for clearance of containers.
- Supporting the New Zealand Export market and their stock requirements.
- Assisting with the development of import supply chain processes/initiatives as part of the broader Supply Chain Optimisation
- Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics and Operations teams across LWS to deliver a seamless service offer.
To be successful in this role you have strong track record in inventory and vendor management, with exposure to import/export operations essential
Your strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, along with time management, effective prioritisation plus ability to think outside the box and problem solve will ensure you are successful in this role. Previous experience with SAP is a must.

Hours of work
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08:00am to 04:00pm.
