Taking the next step in our HR maturity, we are now seeking 2 x part-time HR Business Partners to work collaboratively to implement the HR strategy to support the company’s growth and ensure we continue to attract and retain exceptional staff.

About the roles

Suiting hands-on, engaging HR generalists who are passionate about providing best practice HR advice and solutions and being an ambassador for workplace culture, both roles will work closely with business leaders to support the recruitment function (including sourcing, screening, interviewing) as well as have a strategic or performance focus.

HR Business Partner – Strategic (0.6 FTE)

Focuses include:

  • Organisational development
  • Talent framework, succession planning and career pathing
  • Policies and procedures
  • Change management

HR Business Partner – Performance (0.6 FTE)

Focuses include:

  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Cultural strategy and employee wellbeing
  • Learning and development
  • Remuneration and rewards

This is an exciting opportunity to step into one of two blank canvas roles, encompassing a wide range of HR projects and initiatives, and put your best foot forward to develop and grow your own career.

What you’ll need to succeed

As a strong people person, you will embrace engagement rather than policies, with a relatable communication style and a natural ability to engage and influence people across all levels of the business. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a human resources role and demonstrated experience in recruitment, coaching and performance management. Thriving in a busy, fast paced, and evolving business, you will confidently enjoy problem solving, implementing solutions, and working collaboratively to achieve targeted outcomes.
