Psychologist – Consultant/Senior Consultant
The opportunity
We are looking for junior psychologists interested in improving work health and safety (WHS) outcomes for our clients and their people, through the application of psychology and neuroscience principles. As a Consultant/Senior Consultant based in either Sydney, Perth or Melbourne (on either a full or part-time basis) you will ideally have experience in psychosocial risk assessment and management, organisational behaviour change, learning and development, and strategy design.
You will work with our national Health and Safety team to support our broad range of clients in Oceania to understand and address their health and safety challenges and strategically help them to advance their performance. You will work closely with our team leaders and clients to design and implement the right solution based on their specific needs using better practice methods.
Your key responsibilities
You will work as part of a leading and multidisciplinary team (that includes other psychologists, allied health professionals, engineers, scientists, and WHS experts) across a range of industries, assisting organisations to transform how they approach health and safety. You will contribute to health and safety engagements involving psychosocial risk management, strategy, analytical frameworks, culture change and leadership to help clients succeed and navigate complex operating and regulatory environments.
