Call for Finance Lawyers – Step-Up to an International Firm

Your new company
Our client is a reputable and well-known leader in the finance industry, and there is currently a need for Solicitors at both the Associate and Senior Associate level to join their growing team in Sydney.

Your new role
You will be responsible for working on a range of banking and finance transactions involving corporate finance, acquisition finance, real estate / property finance and structured finance. You will be given tasks in your role that are suited to your level of experience, and you will be encouraged to participate in business development to grow your professional profile.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following experience:

• Currently admitted to practice as a Lawyer in Australia
• At least 2 years’ PQE working as a banking and finance lawyer
• Experience in at least one of the following areas of banking and finance - corporate finance, acquisition finance, real estate and / or structured finance
