TICT CEO Luke Martin said there was a discussion about how to capitalise on fields full of potatoes, among other things.

"We want Tasmania to be Australia's number one agri-tourism destination," he said.
Mr Martin said agri-tourism had the potential to have a similar impact as nature tourism has had in recent years and drive tourists to the region.
The conference was held at Country Club Tasmania and attracted a number of Tasmanian tourism industry heavy hitters.
Mr Martin said the main focus of the conference was having an immediate response to the crippling of the industry by COVID-19.
"Everyone has been very positive," Mr Martin said.
Looking at how the industry can go from strength to strength over the next ten years was the next priority for Mr Martin.
The conference is held every year in Launceston and Hobart and features speakers from a host of Tasmanian producers.
East Coast Tourism operator and Olympic legend Shane Gould and MONA co-CEO Mark Wilson delivered the key note addresses.
Minister for Hospitality and Events Sarah Courtney and Labor leader Rebecca White made presentations.
Mr Martin said the conference was an important opportunity to bring tourism industry stakeholders together.
