Ms Edwards, 28, features in the December issue with the other 49 models handpicked by the magazine's editorial staff.
Readers of the magazine have been asked to vote for their top three models. The most popular will score future magazine covers.
``I hope people vote for me and support the little devil from the island,'' Ms Edwards said yesterday.
Just back from five weeks modelling in Greece, Ms Edwards was happy to hear she had caught the eye of Ralph, which selected a photograph of her wearing a red and white striped bikini.
``It's very exciting,'' she said.
Originally from Hobart, Ms Edwards started modelling at 14 and hit the beauty pageant circuit when she was 21.
She has placed in all the contests she has entered, except Miss World in South Africa in 1994.
``But, my god, they were spunks over there,'' she said with a laugh.
Modelling has taken her to more than 10 countries, all expenses paid. Among her titles are Miss Globe, which was announced in Turkey, and Miss Lovely Legs and Miss Disco Queen, both decided in Istanbul.
``And I can't even dance,'' she said.
Ms Edwards, who is going out with Launceston builder Troy Bowman, opened her own modelling agency in 1992. Her next goal is to open a restaurant and art gallery within two years.
