The woman holds one of the 10 division one winning entries in Saturday’s $20 million TattsLotto Superdraw draw 3853 on June 23.
Each entry takes home a division one prize of $2 million.
The woman’s winning entry was not registered to a Tatts Card so Tatts officials had no way of contacting her to break the life changing news.
She said it still didn’t feel real.
“It’s just unbelievable,” she said.
“I’ve battled all my life, so this amount is just out of this world.
“Every Sunday morning, I get up, make myself a coffee and check my ticket with the numbers online.
“When I checked the ticket, I thought ‘no, that can’t be right’.
“I think I checked the ticket about ten times and it was the same result each time.”
The woman said she would use the money to help out her family.
“I’ll be able to sort out the kids and get them set up,” she said.
“I’ll probably keep working for a little while but could look into retirement.”
