Heavy rain at the Northern Tasmanian Croquet Centre at St Leonards curtailed the event at the final hurdle.
Daryl Jacobs and John Colquhoun (Eastern Shore) will face Ruth McKean (East Launceston) and Gina Kirkland (Latrobe) in the final.
Jacobs and Colquhoun had qualified in top position with six wins and defeated Colin Kirkland (Latrobe) and Paul Boer (East Launceston) 7-4, 6-7, 7-4 in the semi-final.
In the other semi, McKean and Kirkland beat Rod Tait and Sean Forester (St Leonards) 7-3, 4-7, 7-2.
Peter Tracey (Kingston) and June Pongratz (Newtown) had qualified in second position with four wins before losing to Kirkland and Boer in the quarter-finals.
Also qualifying for the quarter-finals with two wins had been Lynne Farrell (East Launceston) and Roberta Campbell (Latrobe).
The consolation plate event is hotly-contested with seven pairs playing a round robin series which was also rained off on Sunday.
