About 100 lots went under the hammer throughout the afternoon, including number plates, petrol memorabilia, and a variety of vintage vehicles.
It was the third car auction to be held at Tullochs, following similar events in July and October last year.
Tullochs manager Jessie Reid said the auctions often drew an emotive response from the community.
“It really speaks to people’s hearts,” she said.
“For some bidders, it is the opportunity to buy something they have been dreaming about ever since they were kids.”
Saturday’s highlights included a Mach 1 1969 Fastback Mustang coupe in concourse condition, as well as a 1952 Holden FX, which has spent more than three decades hiding in a barn.
Mrs Reid said Tullochs is aiming to hold another car auction “in about three months time.” Tullochs is located at 20 Herbert Street.
