Ms Lambie said she would continue to build the trust of Tasmanians, but said the Jacqui Lambie Network hadn’t lost anything despite the election results.
“We started with nothing, so to go up six per cent, that is wonderful,” she said.
“I’ve had three years in parliament and it has been a bit of a rocky road for me.
“I guess the main thing is I have seen over the last couple of days in Tasmania, the sharing of a lot of love for Jacqui Lambie.”
Ms Lambie said she knew her party were in trouble during the last few days of the election campaign, but they had still “fought the bloody fight”.
“There’s no argument of that,” she said.
“They [JLN] took that gauntlet on with everything they’ve got.
“Trust and integrity – that will win out.
“Not bloody political donations and I’ll tell you why.
“Trust and integrity is priceless and we are getting that message across.
“We may not have got it across this time, but it will continue to build and build through me.”
