The three day, 300 kilometre ride across the state’s North-West raises funds and awareness for Diabetes Tasmania.
This year 20 dedicated cyclists, including four state politicians, completed the tour which started from Penguin on Friday.
Fourth-time participant Diabetes Australia CEO Greg Johnson said it was a fantastic way to spread diabetes awareness and promote a fit and healthy lifestyle.
“It is great to see the support out there in the communities,” he said.
“I think for a long time diabetes has been very misunderstood.
“The reality is almost everyone knows someone affected by the disease in one way or another.”
This year’s ride has so far raised more than $40,000 – donations can be made here.
