The former power tools store at 254 Charles Street will be turned into Launceston’s newest eatery.
The proposal includes a such train servery, a private dining area and a self-serve takeaway area. Internal modifications and new entrances will also be added.
The restaurant will have seating for about 30 customers and is expected to be open seven days a week from 11.00am to 3.00pm and 5.00pm to 10.00pm.

Two representations were received regarding the project, with concerns about noise levels, traffic, parking, odour and liquor licensing.
None were deemed to be significant cause for concern due to the mixed nature of activities already present on Charles Street.
