A former professional fighter accused of being controlling and physically abusive towards his teen girlfriend will learn his fate next week.
Daniel James Hyatt, 29, appeared in the Launceston Magistrates Court on Thursday for an ongoing hearing into allegations of assault and emotional abuse and intimidation.
Mr Hyatt has been accused by his former 17-year-old partner, who claimed he assaulted her on at least six separate occasions.
He has previously pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Mr Hyatt took the stand and gave the last of his evidence before Magistrate Sharon Cure on Thursday morning.
Ms Cure said she would hand down her decision on Monday and Mr Hyatt was remanded in custody.
