Quentin the interactive question mark was launched in Launceston on Monday ahead of an eight-week journey around Australia for rail R U OK? Day in April.
The device provides suggestions on how rail workers may be able to have positive reactions with their peers while on the job.
TasRail chief executive Damien White said the industry-focused concept was about fostering a culture of support and encouragement.

Quentin is in Tasmania for three days.
