The Chudleigh Show’s annual February date gives it an advantage over the many other Tasmanian shows, according to organiser Josh Smith.

“Because it’s not in the hustle-and-bustle of having every show week-after-week I think we have a bit of an advantage,” he said.
The show, slated for Saturday at the Chudleigh Showground, will feature cattle judging, equestrian shows and dog high jumping.
However, it will not feature a sideshow alley.
“We try to keep it as a family day, so people don’t spend an absolute fortune,” Mr Smith said.
“It’s a really laid-back atmosphere.”
Tickets cost $10 for adults and $2 for 13-to-16-year-olds. Children under 13 enter for free.
