A structure fire has caused approximately $200,000 of damage to a property in Southern Tasmania on Saturday morning.

Emergency services were called to the fire on Elderslie Road at Elderslie just after midnight.
Tasmania Police confirmed the residence was engulfed in flames when Tasmania Fire Service crews and the police arrived.
A man was transported to the Royal Hobart Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries following the fire.
The fire was being treated as suspicious and an investigation was underway to discover the cause of the fire, they said.
Tasmania Police confirmed the residence was privately owned and an estimated $200,000 worth of damage had been caused by the fire.
