Ms Lambie announced her Lyons ticket on Sunday which includes well-known businessman Michael Kent, child support worker Chris Reynolds, and former Glenorchy City Council alderman Bob Vervaart.
She claimed the team would be representing voters who were overlooked each year.
‘With Michael Kent leading the JLN Lyons team, I’m confident that the people of Lyons will get a chance to shake things up,” she said.
“This is a team with real grit who are ready to deliver results for the people of Lyons.”
Premier Will Hodgman said a vote for any minority party in the state election risked delivering a hung parliament.
"That will mean taking the state back to what life was like under the last one," he said.
Mr Hodgman said he would not consider the possibility of working with any elected JLN members should they hold the balance of power.
“I won’t spend any time considering that and will spend all my time preventing such a thing from happening,” he said.
According to the last EMRS poll in December, the JLN’s popularity with decided voters rose by three points to 8 per cent of the primary vote.
Labor and the Liberals are neck-and-neck on 34 per cent each.
A ReachTel poll of Bass voters last week had the JLN with a 9.2 per cent approval rating – just one per cent behind the Greens, who are sitting on 10.2 per cent.
