A Rocherlea man has pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and aggravated armed robbery in the Launceston Magistrates Court.

Clinton Charles Wilson, 25, is one of five people accused of assaulting Robert Alexander Friend, 48, at Waverley last week.
Mr Wilson did not apply for bail on Friday, and was remanded in custody to appear in the Launceston Supreme Court on March 13.
Sammual Clinton Wilmot, 23, of Waverley, Jake Dougle Herlihy, 18, of Prospect, and Corey Mitchell Gesler, 24, appeared in the Launceston Magistrates Court earlier in the week.
Mr Wilmot and Mr Herlihy entered pleas of not guilty and were remanded in custody to appear in the Supreme Court on March 13.
Mr Gesler did not enter a plea and his matters were adjourned until next Wednesday. He was remanded in custody.
A 17-year-old girl from Kings Meadows, who cannot be named for legal reasons, also appeared in court this week.
The alleged victim, who was found on the side of a road at Waverley, remains in the Launceston General Hospital.
