The Launceston Church Grammar School student joined 16 other students from across the nation, including Glenorchy student Harry Blizzard, at the National Gallery of Australia in Canberra.
An avid photographer and filmmaker, Noah spent the week going to talks, tours and creative workshops.

He enjoyed collaborating with others who were also passionate about the arts.
The biggest learning curb was entering an environment where there were fewer restrictions on his artistic practice, he said.
While he didn’t have any concrete plan for his career, he wanted to work in the arts.
Gallery deputy director Kirsten Paisley said the scholarship was a longstanding flagship program, which has been running for the past 21 years.
“The program is a reflection of the [gallery’s] commitment to sharing our passion for the arts with young Australians by broadening their understanding of the extraordinary careers available in the visual arts sector at a critical time in their studies,” she said.
Two students from each state were chosen to participate.
