A public meeting to discuss the proposed Westbury Recreation development will take place on Thursday, February 15.

The meeting comes in the wake of widespread backlash after the council passed a motion to build the $5 million facility.

Ex-Meander Valley councillor Pat Frost tabled a petition to bring the development to a public meeting at November’s council meeting.

The public meeting will be held at the supper room of the Westbury Town Hall at 7pm.
