Favourite events wood chopping, cattle and sheep competitions and show jumping will also be held, along with the main parade, which includes old machinery, tractors, cars, fire brigade and cattle.

The children’s program has been expanded to include shows by Make Believe and Party on with Jordan Kingside, as well as sideshow alley, pet corner and snake awareness.

Cakes, flowers, jams, preserves, home brew, photography, needlework are displayed in the home industries section at Exeter Showground on February 24.

Gates open at 9am and entry is $12 adults, $10 concession, $5 children and $30 for a family ticket.
