Tasmania has named some of its biggest Sheffield Shield stars to play in its Futures League fixture in Launceston next week.

Australian paceman and leading Shield wicket-taker Jackson Bird and George Town prodigy Gabe Bell will be joined by Sam Rainbird and Riley Meredith at UTAS Stadium when the Tigers take on New South Wales.
Promising young batsmen Jake Doran, Caleb Jewell and Jake Hancock have also been included in the 12-man squad.
Tasmania has lost both its Futures League matches against Western Australia and Queensland this season, while NSW boasts one win and a draw.
The three-day match, which signals an increase in commitment from Cricket Tasmania to the North, starts at 10.30am on Monday.
Launceston has co-hosted the under-19 national championships and its first-ever BBL match with the Hobart Hurricanes taking on Sydney Thunder already this summer.
