Northern Force kept its perfect under-15 boys intrastate championships record in tact with two strong wins over regional rivals at the NTCA complex on Tuesday.

The Force announced itself as tournament favourites with two Twenty20 victories to follow its 50-over triumph on day one.
The hosts were seven-wickets better than Southern Storm-West, who were dismissed for 61 in 19.1 overs with opener Zac Phair (14) and Sam Voss (11) the only Storm batsmen to reach double figures.
Spencer Hayes (3-8) lead the North’s bowling attack with Sam Freeman (2-10), Sam Artis (2-14) and James Simpson (2-9) also having great days out.
It took the Force 13.1 overs to run down the total with Will Bennett and Cooper Anthes finishing unbeaten on 23 and 13, respectively.
In its second victory over North-West Lightning, Northern Force defended its 6-108 to win by 21 runs.
Simpson hit 53 and Kaleb Williams 24 before they were both run out by Jeremy Plant.
Zachary Briggs collected 3-5.
In reply, the Lightning’s innings stalled and it was bowled out with four ball remaining for 87 as Freeman (2-5) and Artis (2-12) performed strongly.
Plant (20) and Johnty Devries (15) top scored for North-West, who is the only winless team after also going down to Southern Storm-East.
East posted 7-131 in the opening match thanks to 56 from Samuel Banks, while North-West duo Devries (2-28) and Jack Burns (2-22) bowled well.
Alex Wynwood hit 44 not out, however, they finished 6-96 at the end of the match.
In the final match of the day, Southern Storm-East took down Southern Storm-West by six wickets.
