The apple isle sits between Belgrave and Iceland at number 33, where it is described as “attracting Australia’s best chefs.”
Hobart restaurants Franklin and Dier Maker are both mentioned in the accompanying blurb, while Lachlan eatery, The Agrarian Kitchen Cooking School and Farm, is also given a positive review.
