Candles by Candlelight coordinator Danny Gibson said it’s a busy time for everyone.
“It’s all very exciting, it’s all coming together,” Mr Gibson said.
“We’re looking forward to a wonderful evening.”
Performers Breanna Stuart and Dee Gillan said their excitement for the event far outweighs any nerves.
“It’s my first year with Encore, my first year out of school, and my first year performing with Carols, so it’s all very exciting,” Ms Stuart said.
Carols by Candlelight will be held at Launceston’s City Park on Sunday, December 17. Gates open at 5pm.
Entry to the carols is $5 per adult and $3 per child. All money raised will be donated to The Examiner’s 109th Empty Stocking Appeal.
