Emergency crews are at the scene and the crash is being reported as serious.
Police have advised powerlines are down across Tea Tree Road and drivers have been asked to avoid the area.
The road is closed between Middle Tea Tree Road and the Midland Highway.
It is understood the truck was the only vehicle involved in the crash.
Details of injuries have not yet been reported.
