Hobart Hurricanes named Webb their under-18 rookie in a two-week placement with the club on the back of a dominant under-18 national championships in Canberra.
Webb previously earned a one-off rookie contract at Hobart and is currently signed to play state games for Tasmanian Roar.
The Canes arrangement gives a female the opportunity to experience learning from some of the world’s finest Twenty20 cricketers at each of the eight WBBL clubs.
Webb will also play in the under-18 exhibition match on the MCG to showcase the most outstanding cricketers from the recent national championships.
The dual Carlton AFLW rookie footballer scored the second most runs, her 304 runs at 38 also included a tournament-high 77.
The pace bowler also took seven wickets at 17.71.
