Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery principal art curator Jane Stewart will join leading Australian artist Michael Zavros and Museum of Contemporary Art Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander exhibitions and collection curator Clothilde Bullen on the judging panel.
The Hobart-based prize offers $100,000 for the winning contemporary Australian landscape artwork.
Hadley’s Art Prize curator Dr Amy Jackett said she was thrilled to have such eminent and experienced judges for the second year of the prize.
Entries open online on January 5 and close on May 18 next year.
The winner will be announced on July 20 at the exhibition opening, which will showcase the work of finalists between July 21 and August 25 at Hadley’s Orient Hotel.
