A graduation ceremony to celebrate their achievements was held at Parliament House on Thursday.
Participant Jo-Anne Fearman, from Launceston, thought it would be a good opportunity to expand her skills and develop her leadership capacity.
With a background in environmental science, Mrs Fearman and her husband run a boat building business, but she is also on the board of the Launceston City Mission and Student Works.

“I think one of the standout learnings for me was understanding my own natural leadership style and being able to recognise the natural styles of other people and harness those differences and use them in a positive way,” she said.
The participants collaborated on projects to make a difference in Tasmania. Mrs Fearman’s group developed a game called ’Cards About Humanity’ to encourage people to learn about inspiring Tasmanians.
