Howlett will be assisted by Bridport resident and Bracknell legend Josh Nunn, who retired from the Redlegs at season’s end.
Jake Smythe will also stand as an assistant coach and oversee all Launceston-based training sessions, while Alan Brown has been re-appointed as reserves boss.
“The club is looking forward to building on its first season in the NTFA and will be focusing on playing our local boys with a few experienced recruits on the club’s radar,” Seagulls resident Jamie McDougall said. Pre-season training starts on Wednesday at the Bridport Village Green from at 6pm.
