Now in its 12th year, the carols will feature the Tamar Valley Voices and be set among the picture-perfect garden at the historic Youngtown property.
Franklin House Committee Chairperson Julie Dineen said the event offers people an opportunity to enjoy Christmas carols during the day time, in a relaxing and comfortable setting.
"It has really become a wonderful community event," she said.
"We really have in mind the people who might not be able to get out at night for the carols in City Park.
"It is an opportunity for them to come along and sit in our beautiful gardens and enjoy a lovely afternoon of carols."
The Franklin House committee will also be serving fruit mince pies and Christmas cakes, all prepared by the hard working team of volunteers.
The carols will get underway at 2pm, with tickets available for $10, call 6344 7824 for bookings.
