Tasmania police are urging motorist to take it easy and drive according to the conditions, as heavy rain continues across the state.
About 10am Sunday morning, a single crash occurred on the Midland Highway at South Launceston.
Police confirmed the driver most likely lost control of the vehicle in the wet conditions, about halfway up the southern outlet.
There were no serious injuries.
Police have warned the adverse weather conditions are likely to affect St Helens, Swansea, Bicheno, Orford, Scamander and Dodges Ferry areas in particular.
The Tasmanian summer has started out with some unusual weather conditions, with much of the north receiving snow.
