With Tasmania already feeling the heat, it feels like we have kicked of the season early, and with it comes to not-so-joyful parts.
We did a straw poll around the office of The Examiner and have come up with this list of some of our most hated sounds of summer, but we would love to see if you have something that could top it.
So behold, The Examiner’s poll: What is your most hated sound of summer?
The Bureau of Meteorology has forecast a high of 25 degrees for the first day of summer in Launceston.
It will be cloudy with a near 100 per cent chance of rain.
Forecasters said there is a chance of a thunderstorm with possible heavy falls.
Light winds will be northerly 20 to 25 km/h in the morning then becoming light in the evening.
