Representatives from three Tamar councils, industry agencies and community groups will discuss how the highly invasive weed threatens pasture and native grasslands.
The workshop includes identifying the weed, the approach East Tamar Landcare Group and the Tasmanian Farmers and Graziers Association Tamar Valley branch have taken in controlling serrated tussock and the work done with landholders and land managers to rid the region of serrated tussock.
It will be held between 10am and 11.30am at Hillwood Memorial Hall, 280 Hillwood Jetty Road, Hillwood.
