After surgery to stop pressure in his eyes from glaucoma, which was causing pain, Samuel is ready to find a home capable of caring for a cat with some special needs.
The blind beauty donated his time to help promote the RSPCA’s Paws'n'Claus event on Sunday.
“We had our first one last year which was really successful … Santa Claus will be there and having photos taken with the animals, so you can come along with your pet and get you photo taken with Santa,” RSPCA’s general manager Peter West said.
“There will also be lots of other animal groups there as well so you can find out lots about them, Dr Andrew Byrne will be there, our chief vet and animal care manager, and he will be helping with things like microchipping”
People can also buy gifts for their furry friends and their humans.
Paws’n’Claus is on November 26 at the Country Club Villas from 11am to 3pm.
