Lee defeated Tim Smith 2 and 1 on Monday to set up a final against Smith’s Tasmanian GC teammate Andrew Phillips who beat Hayden Gulliver, of NSW, 1-up in the other semi-final.
The final will be played from 8am on Tuesday over 36 holes at the Tasmanian club in Hobart.
David Shimmin, Ryan Thomas, Richard Kube and Craig Garland were the defeated quarter-finalists.
In the women's championships, Adele Douglas (ACT) defeated Georgia Shears (WA) 2 and 1 while Grace Kim (NSW) defeated Subin Wui (NZ) by the same score.
The 36-hole final between Douglas and Kim will tee off at 8.15am.
Isabelle Taylor, Georgia Milbourne, India Matthews and Mia Lines went out in the quarter-finals.
The men's handicap championship semi-finals saw Lachlan White (Tasmania GC) defeat Jack Blair (Deloraine GC) 1-up to set up a final against Joey Bower who defeated Royal Hobart clubmate Mark Guy 2 and 1.
The final will tee off from 8.30am.
Queensland’s Isabelle Simpson defeated Momo Sugiyama 5 and 4 in the women’s handicap semis to set up an 8.45am final tee-off against Victorian Adele Huggard who defeated Lindsay French, of Prospect Vale, 7 and 6.
