ACCC is asking for quad bike safety feedback

Quad bike manufacturers, dealers, workplace safety experts, researchers, farmers and users are asked to supply feedback to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s quad bike safety investigation.

Since 2011, 114 people have been killed in Australia in quad bike accidents,  ACCC commissioner Mick Keogh said.

“The ACCC is investigating a range of possible options to improve quad bike safety and prevent further deaths and injuries in the community,” Mr Keogh said.

Submissions are due by 5pm on Friday, December 15.
