Show committee secretary Sheri Mahoney said the show was “one of the best”.

“It was fabulous. It seemed like a lot of people and it seemed like they all enjoyed themselves,” she said. “The day went off without a hitch.

“Having all the free entertainment and rides for the kids was a big highlight and that’s all thanks to Dairy Australia.”

The company crowned Ringarooma as Dairy Australia’s Legendairy Capital for the country earlier this year. 

“Because they would normally come down and treat the winning town to a day out … they actually decided they wanted to combine with our show and offer free activities and rides,” Ms Mahoney said.

The show sold out of fairy floss and showbags.
