Appearing unrepresented, Sarah Kerriann Newitt pleaded guilty to using a carriage service to menace another person in the Launceston Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Court documents revealed Newitt called Sheridan Watts and threatened to harm her children in January this year.
“You know baby P-----, I’m going to squeeze his eye balls out and feed them to A------ while M----- and M------ watch with their throats slit,” Newitt said.
“You dog, I’m going to [expletive] kill ‘em,” she continued.
Following her guilty plea, Magistrate Sharon Cure released Newitt on a $500 recognisance on the condition she be of good behavior for two years.
Newitt was also convicted and ordered to pay $65.10 in court costs.
The 30-year-old was due to face the charges in October but was in Melbourne where her 11-year-old daughter Phoenix was receiving treatment after she was shot in the face at Deloraine in September.
The harassment charge against Newitt was not related to the shooting incident.
