Following a plea from the Brooks High School Association for the community to be vigilant against vandalism and break-ins at the school, Tasmania Police reported no incidents over the school holidays.

The association turned to the public two weeks ago asking for help to protect their “much-loved” school against damage during the quieter days.
Over the past 12 months, Tasmania Police attended 23 alerts including burglaries at the Rocherlea school.
