The centre will be running a community event to coincide with the week on Monday, October 30, featuring activities suitable for children up to five years of age.
“As a Child and Family Centre it’s an opportunity for us to celebrate the children in our community," Mr Bell said.
“There will be a number of fun and interactive activities and learning experiences, with free coffees for parents."
The event will begin at 9.30am, and will involve craft activities, balloon animals, story time and a barbecue lunch.
