Parry Property real estate agent, Clint Pease has praised the dedication of developer Tim Shaw in creating a destination like Hawthorn Park.
“The amount of energy, infrastructure, and additional investment, that has gone into the subdivision to make it that bit special, from an agent’s point of view has made the job much easier,” Clint said.
“What has been created is much more than a subdivision it is a destination and people want to be part of it.
“It isn’t just what Tim has done to bring Hawthorn Park to market, he is truly passionate about the area and the development.”
With trends for semi-rural living on the rise and growing in popularity with families looking for a taste of country life, Clint believes it won’t be long until all blocks are snapped up.
“I don’t see another premium rural subdivision that is as well located, and finished to this standard around,” Clint said.
“It’s all about the inclusions we have been able to bring to life, when people go out to view the lots they are blown away by the quality, so much so they are selling themselves.”
With a number of blocks already sold, new owners are ready to break ground and start building their community.
“It is going to be a great neighbourhood and before the end of the year we will start to see it coming together,” Clint said.
“Owners are about to break ground on some pretty significant homes up there, it is going to be exciting to see them finished.”
Clint said the feedback from customers has been fantastic, with them all praising the after sale care Tim has given.
“Tim has been on hand and willing to help buyers during the after sale process, nothing has been too much or too hard, he has gone that little bit further,” he said.
“Those little things mean a lot, especially for people who are building for the first time, it is a new experience for them.
“To have someone who is happy to take the time and work with them as they move through the process it has made it a pleasure for them and for me to be working with him.”
With stage two not far off being released and already garnering interest, the message from Clint is to come to an open day and see what Hawthorn Park is all about.
“I’d Implore people to come out to the open days, have a look and see for yourself. I live in the Meander Valley so I am always happy to talk about what the lifestyle is like.”
