The family of a young boy who died after he was run over at Swansea says they are “just too devastated to talk”.

The six-year-old was killed when a log truck being driven by his father reversed into him on Sunday afternoon.
He died at the scene, leaving his 39-year-old father “extremely distraught”.
On Monday, members of the community reached out to the family sharing words of support online.

“Thinking of the father. I grew up in Swansea it's a tight knit community, I hope all the locals rally around this family,” Yasmin Davis said.
“Absolutely gutted, dismayed, I can't comprehend what this family, and especially the father, are feeling and experiencing,” Dee Phair added.
Carol Parker said “how does anyone manage to deal with this”.
“To lose a lovely wee child is so hard anyway, but under these circumstances - feel for the family so much,” she said.
The tragic incident comes less than five months after a toddler was killed at Badger Head.
The three-year-old boy walked behind a car while it was being reversed by his dad at the family’s shack in May – he died on the way to the hospital.
Swansea police are continuing to investigate the incident.
