The trial was held at Meander on September 9 and 10, Tasmanian Working Sheep Dog Association publicity officer Carol Walduck said.
“The sheep were a challenge on both days, especially for the novice dogs,” Ms Walduck said.
“This is the only lead up trial for those going to the Supreme Australian Sheep Dog Trial. Thanks to Paul Bowman for the use of his sheep,” she said.
Trial results saw Mike Grant and Bernard McGlasham selected as the Tasmanian representatives for the Ted Gaby Interstate Challenge at the Supreme Australian Sheep Dog Trial in Seymour, Victoria, in October.
