The Dinner Belle owner Georgie Galloway pledged every dollar earned from people buying sweet treats at her restaurant would be donated for the week starting August 7.
Ms Galloway donated the $1000 to the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation.
The pledge was partly inspired by her mum’s diagnosis of brain cancer late last year.
